Work Continues With The Water Deflector

Progress Continues, Firebars Still Available | **** STOP PRESS ****

This weekend saw more progress on the engine, Nigel carried on and finished off the water deflector with help from new member Stuart . He also made a new bracket for the static steam pipe in the dome.

 

Richard carried on with the steam brake oil lubricator mechanism and Sharon put the new studs and blanks in for the gauge frames. Jimmy two hours cleaned some of the loose rust away from boiler barrel.
