Bury Standard 4 Group Membership - Yearly

Become a member of the Bury Standard 4 Group and help to complete 80097. Build, restore and more or help out at events, or in the shop on Platform 2 at the ELR.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY STATEMENT

Personal data relating to members of the Group is stored within a secure electronic database. The only data held is that data which has been provided by individuals as part of the membership application or renewal process. Access to information within the database is restricted to authorised members of the Group in order that they may perform their duties for the benefit of Group members. The database is maintained and regularly updated to ensure the accuracy and security of data. Members wishing to change the information held about them within the database may do so by writing to the Bury Standard Four Group Membership Secretary, Bolton Street Station, Bolton Street, Bury, BL9 0EY. The data held in respect of individual members will not be shared with other organisations without their specific consent. Unless instructed otherwise, data will be held for a period of 12 months from the date of an individual’s membership of the Group being terminated. Any changes to the Data Protection Policy and this Policy Statement will be communicated to members. This statement is published in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. Any questions in respect of this statement should be addressed to the Membership Secretary, Bury Standard Four Group, Bolton Street Station, Bolton Street, Bury, BL9 0EY Data Protection Statement Under the terms of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) 2018, the Group is required to obtain members consent to use the data provided for the purposes of realising the Groups aims. Should I become a member of the Bury Standard Four Group I consent for my information to be shared between the Group and Bury Steam Locomotive Co. Limited solely for the purpose of maintaining the required personnel records.
